The invention discloses a mixed lightweight aggregate which mainly comprises the following components: 20-25 parts by weight of cement, 18-23 parts by weight of fly ash, 4-6 parts by weight of fine stone waste, 0.6-0.8 part by weight of vitrified micro bubbles, 0.6-0.8 part by weight of medium foam particles, 0.6-0.8 part by weight of thick foam particles, 0.2-0.3 part by weight of talc and 2-3 parts by weight of plant fiber. The mixed lightweight aggregate has the advantages of three kinds of quickness (quick set, quick hardening and quick strengthening) and two kinds of extension (extension of the water-containing performance at an early period and extension of the fracture resistance at a later period); compared with existing double-quickness cement, the mixed lightweight aggregate has more advantages and accordingly the applicability is wider; besides, the strength and initial setting time of the mixed lightweight aggregate are respectively improved by 30% compared with the strength and initial setting time of a unidirectional mixture on the market; the initial setting time of the mixed lightweight aggregate is within 10-15 minutes, and the strength of the mixed lightweight aggregate is within 10-30 MP.
