Super-hydrophobic oleophylic composite ceramic membrane preparation method
The present invention relates to a super-hydrophobic oleophylic composite ceramic membrane preparation method, which comprises: 1) soaking a ceramic membrane into an organic solvent containing a silicon source for 0.5-10 h, taking out, placing into water vapor for 0.5-10 h, and sintering for 0.5-6 h at a temperature of 400-1000 DEG C to obtain a nanometer silica particle-modified ceramic membrane having a micro-nano composite structure; and 2) soaking the ceramic membrane obtained in the step 1) into an organic solvent containing long-chain alkyl silane for 0.5-10 h, taking out, washing, and drying for 0.5-5 h at a temperature of 80-110 DEG C to obtain the super-hydrophobic oleophylic composite ceramic membrane. According to the present invention, the membrane layer structure is not damaged, the water drop contact angle of the prepared composite ceramic membrane is 150-180 DEG, the oil drop contact angle is less than 5 DEG, and the prepared composite ceramic membrane has characteristics of super-hydrophobicity, lipophilicity, good chemical stability, high mechanical strength, and strong pollution resistance, and can be used for separation of the free water and the emulsified water in the oil liquid.
