Stone-plastic board, manufacturing method thereof and stone-plastic door casing
The invention relates to the technical field of door casings, in particular to a stone-plastic board, a manufacturing method thereof and a stone-plastic door casing. The stone-plastic board comprises, by weight, 50-100 parts of polyvinyl chloride, 110-200 parts of calcium carbonate, 6-8 parts of chlorinated polyethylene, 3-4 parts of polyethylene wax, 0.5-1 part of stearic acid and 1-2 parts of stabilizer. A main board and side boards of the door casing are all of a four-layer structure and all comprise a base body, an intermediate layer, a pattern layer and a wearing layer in sequence from inside to outside, and the base bodies are stone-plastic boards. The stone-plastic board has the hardness and hand feeling which are the same as those of stone; meanwhile, the weight is low, machinability is high, and the board can be nailed and is not prone to breakage. The manufacturing method of the stone-plastic board is simple, efficient, high in operability and suitable for industrial popularization. The stone-plastic door casing is low in cost and high in wear resistance; due to the fact that the weight is relatively low, the stone-plastic door casing can be glued on a wall more firmly, disengagement is unlikely to happen, and the durability is high.
