The purifying noise-reduction fluorescent wallpaper is characterized by further comprising an air purifying layer, an adhesive surface layer, a sand grain layer and a fluorescent layer, wherein the air purifying layer is arranged on the pattern layer; the adhesive surface layer is arranged on the air purifying layer; the sand grain layer is arranged on the adhesive surface layer; the fluorescent layer is arranged on the sand grain layer; the fluorescent layer is 0.5mm thick; the sand grain layer is 0.4mm thick; a fluorescent powder material is arranged in the fluorescent layer. The purifying noise-reduction fluorescent wallpaper is capable of purifying indoor air, relatively high in clearing efficiency, relatively long in efficiency time, good in glossiness, and luminous at night, and has a sound absorption and noise reduction function.
