The invention relates to a composite protection layer corrosion resistant stay cable for a cable-stayed bridge. The composite protection layer corrosion resistant stay cable for the cable-stayed bridge is formed in the mode that multiple steel wires are tightly arranged in a hexagon to form a steel wire bundle, polyester fiber bands are continuously wound on the outer edge of the steel wire bundle, a polythene protection sleeve is arranged outside the steel wire bundle, epoxy coatings of the outer layers of steel wires, stretching into an anchor cup, of the stay cable are stripped, the space between the inner cavity of the anchor cup and the steel wire bundle is filled with epoxy resin materials to form a cool cast anchor or is filled with zinc-copper alloy to form a hot cast anchor. The steel wires comprise bright steel wires in the core portion, and the bright steel wires are wrapped with a zinc-aluminum cladding layer and an epoxy coating in sequence. Due to the fact that the zinc-aluminum cladding layer and the epoxy coating are arranged on the surfaces of the steel wires forming the stay cable from inside to outside, the corrosion resistant life can reach more than 100 years, and the corrosion resistance of the stay cable is improved. In addition, the invention further provides a steel wire manufacturing method with simple technique.
