Tensioning and adjusting construction method for slings of sling-type bridge
The invention provides a tensioning and adjusting construction method for slings of a sling-type bridge. The tensioning and adjusting construction method includes mounting an intelligent tensioning jack at the tensioning end of each sling of the sling-type bridge, and connecting the intelligent tensioning jacks with a computer control platform in a wired mode; performing pre-tightening and overall synchronous staged tensioning on all the slings through operation of the computer control platform; when sling forces fed back by the intelligent tensioning jacks to the computer control platform reach 90-96% of a staged calculation target value, sequentially performing asynchronous tensioning and adjusting on all the slings to enable all the sling forces to reach a calculation target value of the stage; after completion of second-phase construction, adjusting the sling forces of all the slings integrally to enable the final sling force to reach a designed target value. The tensioning and adjusting construction method has the advantages that all the slings of the bridge can be tensioned 'synchronously' or 'asynchronously', sling construction procedures and processes are simplified, construction quality and reliability are improved, construction period is shortened by about more than 70%, and construction cost is saved by about more than 30%.
