The invention discloses an energy dissipation supporting device with inspection window holes. The energy dissipation supporting device comprises a supporting assembly and an enclosing component surrounding the supporting assembly to form restrained supporting. The supporting assembly is provided with at least one supporting shaft piece. The two sides of each supporting shaft piece are provided with one or more concave flanges to form one or more load segments. The enclosing assembly comprises one or more sets of side positioning pieces corresponding to all the concave flanges and two restraining plate pieces abutting against the two side plate faces of the supporting assembly and fixedly connected with all the corresponding side positioning pieces respectively. At least one inspection window hole capable of inspecting the corresponding supporting shaft pieces and capable of being in any shape is correspondingly formed in the positions, corresponding to all the supporting shaft pieces, of the enclosing component. Inspection personnel can inspect the states of the supporting shaft pieces through the inspection window holes, and the structural safety of buildings is guaranteed.
