The invention relates to the technical field of construction, in particular to a combined acoustic panel which comprises a metal framework, a fiber acoustic panel and a wood baseplate, wherein the metal framework is used for size fixing; the fiber acoustic panel and the wood baseplate are embedded in the metal framework; a spacing shock-reducing rubber pad is arranged at the embedding part of the metal framework; an upper [-shaped grove is formed in the upper part of the metal framework; a lower [-shaped groove is formed in the lower end of the metal framework; the facing directions of the two grooves are opposite; the two grooves are matched with each other. The combined acoustic panel has the advantages that the assembly and the disassembly are simple; the assembling mounting can be realized, depending on practical conditions; the transportation after disassembly is convenient; convenience is brought to users for sound prevention.
