Viscoelastic damper and preparing method thereof
The invention provides a viscoelastic damper and a preparing method thereof. The viscoelastic damper and the preparing method thereof solve the technical problems that a viscoelastic damper in the prior art is small in damping force, damping is small, and the damper is prone to ultimate deformation, and consequentially the damper is out of operation. The viscoelastic damper structurally comprises side plates, a middle plate and a limiting pin; the middle plate and the side plates are provided with connecting parts; the middle plate is located between the two stacked side plates; the outer surface of the part, located between the two side plates, of the middle plate is wrapped by a viscoelastic damping material; the side plates and the middle plate are tightly bonded to the viscoelastic damping material; the side plates and the middle plate are stacked in sequence, the side plate except the bottommost side plate, the middle plate and the viscoelastic damping material wrapping the middle plate are provided with vertical through holes which are coaxially arranged; the outer diameter of the limiting pin is smaller than the internal diameter of the through holes, the length of the limiting pin is matched with the depth of the through holes; the limiting pin is tightly connected with the bottommost side plate after penetrating through the through holes. Compared with the prior art, the viscoelastic damper has higher stability and reliability.

Compared with the prior art, the viscoelastic damper has higher stability and reliability.
