A staggered stereo garage comprises a traffic lane, an elevator hoistway, a car elevator, parking lots and sidewalks. The car elevator is installed within the elevator hoistway; two ends of the elevator hoistway are both connected with the traffic lane. When the car elevator is at the lowest floor, cars can be directly driven into the car elevator from the traffic lane. The parking lots are provided above the traffic lane; more than parking lots are provided at the same point; the parking lots are staggered; the car elevator is a two-way elevator; the cars can be driven in or out of the elevator from two open ways of the elevator. On each floor, two parking lots are provided and corresponding to the front and rear ways of the car elevator, and the cars can be driven into the parking lots from the front/rear of the car elevator or driven into the car elevator frontward or rearward from the parking lots. The staggered stereo garage according to the technical scheme has the advantages that the availability of land is greatly improved and the problem that the parking lots are few in downtown areas can be solved.
