The invention discloses a power-transmission iron tower stay wire V-shaped anchoring device and a construction method. The V-shaped anchoring device comprises a stay wire hardware fitting, lug plates, a fastening member and two clamping plates, the bottom end of the stay wire hardware fitting is V-shaped, the stay wire hardware fitting is sleeved at centers of the clamping plates in a clamped manner, the lug plates are arranged at two ends of the clamping plates respectively, and the clamping plates are locked and fixed through a fastening member to enable the stay wire hardware fitting and the lug plates to be firmly fastened in the clamping plates. A conventional method that a suspending point for tightening a stay wire of a stay wire tower is generally selected on a basic embedded part is changed, the suspending point is creatively arranged on the stay wire hardware fitting, and a clamping structure and a bolt are used for fastening according to a unique V-shaped structure of the stay wire hardware fitting, so that the V-shaped anchoring device can be suspended on two sides of a lever block used for tightening the stay wire to reasonably achieve the objective of rooting.
