The inertia lock block comprises a body, a first lug, a second lug and a third lug, the tail end of the first lug is close to the handle hook base, the tail end of the third lug is away from the handle hook base, the second lug is located between the inner side of the first lug and the inner side of the second lug, the tail end of the second lug is close to the hook body and can stretch into the locking groove, the body is mounted on the base through a pin shaft in a rotating mode, the pin shaft is sleeved with a torsional spring, and the two ends of the torsional spring support the outside of the first lug and the inner side of the base respectively.
