The invention discloses a door hinge mechanism. The door hinge mechanism comprises a box body and a box door rotationally connected at an box opening of the box body, wherein a rotating shaft is formed in the position close to one side edge of the box door, two rotating shaft holes matched with the rotating shaft are formed in corresponding positions of the box body and arranged horizontally, meanwhile, a guide groove communicated with the rotating shaft holes is formed for switching of the rotating shaft between the two rotating shaft holes; a box body wedge is formed on one inner wall, close to the rotating shaft holes, of one side of the box body, when the box door is opened, one side of the box door can be contacted with the box body wedge, and the rotating shaft is guided to be switched into the other rotating shaft hole; box door wedges are formed on upper and lower sides of the inner surface of the box door, guide grooves provided with guide slopes are formed in the box body, when the box door is closed, the box body wedge can be contacted with the guide slopes of the guide grooves, and the rotating shaft is guided to be switched into the other rotating shaft hole.
