The invention provides a novel aluminum plastic window prearranged auxiliary frame. The novel aluminum plastic window prearranged auxiliary frame comprises a window frame. At least one side of the window frame is provided with a prearranged box. The prearranged box is a box body with one side face open. The open side face is the interface between the prearranged box and the window frame. The upper surface of the interior of the prearranged box is flush with the upper surface of the inner side of the window frame. The lower surface of the interior of the prearranged box is flush with the lower surface of the inner side of the window frame. The upper surface and the lower surface of the window frame are provided with corresponding sliding rails which extend into the prearranged box. The novel aluminum plastic window prearranged auxiliary frame has the advantages that the thickness of a window body is reduced, the requirement for the thickness of a wall when the window body is mounted is reduced, and a larger window sill area is reserved.
