The invention provides a novel aluminum plastic screen window. The novel aluminum plastic screen window comprises a window frame. The lower transverse border comprises a border body and an overturning block, wherein the border body is connected with the overturning block through a hinge; the hinge is located on the side face, facing the interior of a room, of the border body and the side face, facing the interior of the room, of the overturning block; the overturning block can turn over 180 degrees towards the interior of the room along the joint between the overturning block and the border body under the action of the hinge, and the length of the overturning block is larger than the width of the longitudinal borders. The upper transverse border comprises a left upper transverse border body, a right upper transverse border body and a stretchable connecting piece, wherein the left upper transverse border body and the right upper transverse border body are connected through the stretchable connecting piece; the upper transverse border can conduct transverse stretching and retracting under the action of the stretchable connecting piece. The left longitudinal border comprises an upper longitudinal border body, a lower longitudinal border body and a stretchable connecting piece, wherein the upper longitudinal border body and the lower longitudinal border body are connected through the stretchable connecting piece; the left longitudinal border can conduct up-down stretching and retracting under the action of the stretchable connecting piece.
