The invention discloses a connecting and laying method capable of prolonging the service life of a PEX pipe. The connecting and laying method capable of prolonging the service life of the PEX pipe comprises the steps that when a pipeline penetrating through a floor board is laid, a through hole is formed in the floor board firstly, the PEX pipe is placed in the through hole, a clamping copper ring is fixed to the section, located in the through hole, of the PEX pipe, the portion, penetrating out of the floor board, of the PEX pipe is sleeved with a galvanized metal sleeve, then fine sand concrete is poured in the through hole, and the clamping copper ring and the galvanized metal sleeve are poured in the through hole. By the adoption of the connecting and laying method capable of prolonging the service life of the PEX pipe, the service life of the PEX pipe can be effectively prolonged.
