Preparation method of rare earth ion-doped MgAlON transparent ceramic material with ultraviolet filtration ability
The invention relates to a preparation method of a ceramic material, and concretely relates to a preparation method of a rare earth ion-doped MgAlON transparent ceramic material with ultraviolet filtration ability. The preparation method comprises the following steps: 1, mixing MgAlON with one selected from Eu2O3 and CeO2 or a mixture containing Eu2O3 and CeO2 according to an arbitrary ratio, and carrying out ball milling for 6-24h to obtain a powder slurry; 2, drying, and sieving; 3, carrying out axial pressure molding to form a ceramic biscuit, and carrying out cold isostatic pressing treatment; 4, putting the ceramic biscuit in a gas pressure sintering furnace; and 5, carrying out grinding and polishing treatment to obtain the rare earth ion-doped MgAlON transparent ceramic material with high optical transmittance. The transparent ceramic material has certain ultraviolet absorption ability, and has high optical transmittance in visible light and infrared regions. The method realizes regulation of the ultraviolet transmittance performance by introducing rare earth ions into a transparent ceramic system for the first time, and the process is simple. The rare earth ion-doped MgAlON transparent ceramic material has wide application prospect in transparent armoring as an aviation and spaceflight window materials.
