The invention discloses a carbon refractory material for furnace liners. The carbon refractory material for furnace liners comprises, by weight, 0.2-0.3 parts of stannous sulfate, 61-70 parts of amorphous graphite, 10-14 parts of silicon micro-powder, 2-3 parts of microcrystalline paraffin, 4-10 parts of phenolic resin, 10-12 parts of sisal fibers,1-1.7 parts of diammonium phosphate, 0.2-0.5 parts of trimethylolpropane, 26-30 parts of ethyl orthosilicate, 3-4 parts of a nitric acid solution with the concentration of 10-13mol/l and 2-3 parts of acetate acid gracial. Ethyl orthosilicate is hydrolyzed in the presence of acetate acid gracial used as a catalyst to form a silanol sol, the silanol sol is mixed with a fiber emulsion, a solvent is evaporated to obtain a heterocomplex containing carbon and silicon, and high temperature carbonization is carried out with the fiber emulsion as a carbon source to obtain a carbon and silicon composite assistant. The carbon and silicon composite assistant has the advantages of stable chemical performances, high heat conduction coefficient, small heat expansion coefficient, heat shock resistance, light weight and high strength.
