Disclosed is a mould prevention rubber floor. The mould prevention rubber floor comprises, by weight, 11-17 parts of vinyl chloride resin, 3-8 parts of 3-(trimethoxysilyl)-1-propanamine, 6-7 parts of white carbon black, 4-9 parts of dimethylformamide, 8-12 parts of tetramethylthiuram disulfide, 30-50 parts of butyl rubber, 5-8 parts of isothiazolinone, 2-5 parts of stearic acid, 2-4 parts of accelerant NA22, 4-8 parts of anti-aging agent, 5-8 parts of sulfur, 15-24 parts of polyvinyl chloride rubber, 1.3-2 parts of coupling agent, 23-30 parts of acrylic acid grease rubber and 2.2-4.6 parts of sulfur. The mould prevention rubber floor has the advantages of being good in sterilization and antimould effect, good in abrasion resistance and elasticity and good in overall performance.
