Hot steel billet slow cooling insulated house
The invention discloses a hot steel billet slow cooling insulated house. The hot steel billet slow cooling insulated house comprises a box body and a box cover, wherein the periphery and the bottom of the box body are closed and the top of the box body is open; the box cover can close an opening in the top of the box body. A top insulating layer is arranged on the inner side face of the box cover, and a bottom insulating layer and side wall insulating layers are arranged on the inner side faces of the bottom and the peripheral side walls of the box body respectively. A bottom support for stacking hot steel billets is arranged above the bottom insulating layer of the box body, side face supports for bearing the hot steel billets are arranged on the inner sides of the side wall insulating layers on the front side and the rear side of the box body respectively, and the hot steel billets are transversely and horizontally stacked in a stacking cavity formed by the bottom support and the side face supports. A temperature adjusting device for controlling the cooling speed of the hot steel billets in the stacking cavity is arranged between the box body and the box cover. The hot steel billet slow cooling insulated house has the advantages that the cooling speed of the hot steel billets can be controlled, and therefore the requirement for the cooling speed in different production processes is met.
