The invention discloses an anti-slipping bollard. The bollard comprises a base, a stud is arranged on the base and of a structure shaped like the Arabic number seven, one end of the stud is arranged to be of an obround structure, an anti-slipping strip is arranged on the stud, a pin hole is formed in the top of the stud, and fixing holes are symmetrically formed in the base. The anti-slipping bollard is reasonable in structural design, by means of a limiting pin inserted into the pin hole formed in the top, the phenomenon that an anchor rope slips due to changes of the tightness degree can be effectively prevented, and accidents and losses are avoided.
