The invention discloses a combined treatment method for dehumidification and vacuum preloading of dredger fill and slurry flocculation. The combined treatment method comprises following steps: A, injecting slurries and adding slurries with flocculating agents and/or lime; B, conveying slurries to a separation device for soil-water separation and separating slurries processed by the separation device to form water and soil, extracting and discharge water and conveying soil into a vacuum-preloading water-reduction pool; C, equipped the vacuum-preloading water-reduction pool with vertical drainage boards, connecting upper ends of the vertical drainage boards with a drainage pipeline connected with the outside, covering the top of soil in the vacuum-preloading water-reduction pool and the drainage pipeline with sealing cloth, adopting a sealing structure and soil sealing for the edge of the sealing cloth, connecting a vacuum pump with the drainage pipeline for extracting water in soil. The combined treatment method for dehumidification and vacuum preloading of dredger fill and slurry flocculation has following beneficial effects: by means of chemical and physical methods, water-reducing operation is carried out to soil for two times; higher water-reducing efficiency is obtained and is up to more than 40%; processing capacity of slurries is large; and the great significance in actual operation is obtained.
