Anti-seismic prefabricated concrete solid square pile and production method thereof
The invention discloses an anti-seismic prefabricated concrete solid square pile. The anti-seismic prefabricated concrete solid square pile comprises a main rib, hoops, pile caps and concrete. The body of the cross section of a pile body is square. The main rib is formed by arranging and combining prestress main ribs and ordinary main ribs in sequence. The main rib penetrates through the pile body in the longitudinal axis direction of the pile body. The hoops are arranged on the outer edge of the main rib, and the hoops are in a spiral square shape. The pile caps are arranged at the two ends of the pile body, and the pile caps are composed of end plates and skirt edges. The main rib and the hoops are connected to form a reinforcement cage in a welding or bundling mode. The two ends of the prestress main ribs are fixed to the end plates in a riveting or bolt connecting mode. The ordinary main ribs are separated from the end plates while being shorter than the prestress main ribs. The structure has the high compressive capacity, tension bearing capacity, shearing bearing capacity and bending bearing capacity. According to the production method, the mechanical property of the pile body is improved, factory-like assembly line production is achieved, the production efficiency is improved by tens of times, and the great technical progress is achieved. The concrete solid square pile is suitable for being used in the high seismic fortification intensity area.
