Epiboly profiled bar concrete reinforced column and making method thereof
The invention relates to the technical filed of building engineering, and provides an epiboly profiled bar concrete reinforced column and a making method thereof. The epiboly profiled bar concrete reinforced column comprises a profiled bar and concrete wrapping the profiled bar, and also comprises a steel bar net slice and a stud, a profiled bar web is provided with web holes, the stud is arranged on a profiled bar web wing plate, the steel bar net slice is arranged along the circumference of the outer side of the profiled bar, the steel bar net slice is fixed on the profiled bar through the stud, and the steel bar net slice and the profiled bar are cast through concrete to form one body. The making method of the epiboly profiled bar concrete reinforced column comprises the following steps: 1, opening holes on the profiled bar web; 2, arranging the stud on the wall of the profiled bar web; 3, fixing the steel bar net slice; 4, installing column connecting pieces at two ends of the profiled bar; and 5, integrally casting concrete. The profiled bar web is perforated to closely connect concrete at two sides of the profiled bar web, so the integral force bearing performance is improved; and the epiboly profiled bar concrete reinforced column has the advantages of factorial production, easy hoisting and transportation, and repeated use.
