The device comprises a foundation plate and an angle rule. One of the edges of the foundation plate is a straight edge. Two positioning plates are arranged on the foundation plate in a spaced mode in parallel and perpendicular to the straight edge. At least one positioning piece is arranged between the two positioning plates. Each positioning piece comprises a foundation piece vertically fixed to the foundation plate and an adjusting piece movably connected to the foundation piece. The height of the adjusting pieces on the foundation pieces is adjustable. The angle rule comprises a first dividing rule and a second dividing rule perpendicular to the first dividing rule. The distances between the foundation pieces and the two positioning plates are the same and are equal to the width of the first dividing rule or the width of the second dividing rule.
