Multi-jack intelligent tension control system
The invention provides a multi-jack intelligent tension control system, comprising a storage unit, a data processing unit, a jack working parameter detection and transmission unit, and a plurality of groups of jack units. Each group of jack unit comprises a tensioning jack and a jack drive circuit. The storage unit is connected with the data processing unit. The jack working parameter detection and transmission unit is connected with each tensioning jack and the data processing unit. The data processing unit is also connected with each jack drive circuit, so as to compare and analyze target tension data and working parameter information of the tensioning jacks, and the data processing unit sends out commands to the jack drive circuits. The jack drive circuit is also connected with and controls the corresponding tensioning jack. The system can realize full-automatic control and remote control on pre-stress construction, and can control a plurality of jacks at the same time, construction process is high in security, high in construction efficiency, and high in construction result precision. The system effectively ensures project quality.
