A transmission mechanism of an electronic lock comprises a base, a locking assembly, a motor, a spiral spring, a transmission part, a clutch part and an operating assembly, wherein the base has an axis; the locking assembly is mounted on the base; the motor is mounted on the locking assembly and provided with a rotary shaft; the spiral spring is provided with a spiral gap, and one end of the spiral spring can be directly or indirectly connected to the rotary shaft; the transmission part is provided with a pin which can be inserted into the spiral gap of the spiral spring; the clutch part is partially and movably mounted on the transmission part; the operating assembly is mounted on the base and can rotate relative to the base. When the clutch part is moved to a region where the clutch part can be moved by the operating assembly in the axis direction, the operating assembly can push the clutch part; when the clutch part is moved to a region where the clutch part cannot be moved by the operating assembly in the axis direction, the operating assembly cannot push the clutch part. The transmission mechanism of the electronic lock is simple in structure and low in manufacturing cost, and the service life of a battery can be prolonged.
