C50-grade curing-free concrete and composite concrete pavement thereof
The present invention discloses a C50-grade curing-free concrete and a composite concrete pavement thereof. According to the present invention, 1 m<3> of the C50-grade curing-free concrete is prepared from the following materials: 405 kg of a raw material cement, 1032 kg of coarse aggregate, 747 kg of fine aggregate, 171 kg of water, 45 kg of a mineral admixture, 3.6 kg of a water reducer, and 0.9 kg of a high water-absorption polymer; the composite concrete pavement is sequentially provided with a ordinary concrete layer, a C50-grade curing-free concrete layer I and a C50-grade curing-free concrete layer II from bottom to top; and the high water-absorption polymer having the water absorption-water release characteristics is uniformly doped into the concrete, such that the humidity distribution state inside the concrete is regulated, the self0shrinkage and the dry-shrinkage inside the concrete are effectively released, the cement hydration and the secondary hydration of the mineral admixture are further promoted, and the strength, the compactness and the durability of the concrete are improved.
