The invention discloses a concrete protective agent and a preparation method thereof, wherein the concrete protective agent is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 450 parts of a film-forming agent, 100 parts of an active ingredient, 363 parts of a reaction ingredient, 30 parts of a hydrophobic agent, 50 parts of an antistatic agent, 4 parts of a defoaming agent, 1 part of a wetting agent and 2 parts of a thickener; the concrete cleaner can effectively prevent moisture and harmful ingredients from permeating to the interior of the concrete, can block concrete internal cracks, protects reinforcing steel bars, prevents sewage from forming pollution on the surface of a structure, and prevents dust and other solid pollutants from forming pollution on the surface of the structure.
