Novel unglazed ceramic and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a novel unglazed ceramic. The novel unglazed ceramic is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 60-80% of bronze soil and 20-40% of clay, wherein the bronze soil is mainly formed by synthesizing yellow stone with oyster pond soil; and the raw materials comprise the following chemical components in percentage by weight: 68-70% of SiO2, 18-20% of Al2O3, 0.4-0.6% of Fe2O3 and TiO2, more than or equal to 2% of CaO and MgO, more than or equal to 3.5% of K2O and Na2O, and 5-8% of impurities. New raw materials are adopted in the novel unglazed ceramic disclosed by the invention; glazing is unnecessary in the manufacturing process; the glaze sealing step is omitted; the manufacturing process is simpler and more convenient; the raw materials of the finished ceramic are low in cost and easily available; wastes are turned into wealth; the finished ceramic is free from glaze and heavy metallic salt compounds, such as lead, cadmium and antimony; meanwhile, healthful trace elements, such as iron, zinc and selenium, are introduced into the novel unglazed ceramic; the mechanical strength, the thermal stability and the dielectric strength of the finished ceramic still can be ensured; and the manufactured finished ceramic is attractive, smooth, convenient to scrub and wash, corrosion-resistant, safe, environment friendly, energy-saving and material-saving.
