Disclosed is a bridge with an automatic cleaning type expansion joint device with guide slots. The automatic cleaning type expansion joint device comprises a left half frame component (3), a right half frame component (4), an upper elastic covering piece (62) and a lower elastic covering piece (61). The upper and lower elastic covering pieces (62 and 61) are located between the left half frame component (3) and the right half frame component (4) and used for covering an expansion joint between the left half frame component (3) and the right half frame component (4) from the positions above and below the pavement of the bridge respectively. A first mobile cleaning board assembly (9) and a second mobile cleaning board assembly (8) are arranged in cavities (30 and 40) front and back, and the cavities (30 and 40) are defined by the left half frame component (3), the right half frame component (4), the upper elastic covering piece (62) and the lower elastic covering piece (61).
