The invention discloses an electric sanitation vehicle. The vehicle is a four-wheeler which is in a tricycle form and provided with two stages of speed, namely high speed and low speed, an accumulator set (16), a gasoline direct current generator (19), a water tank (17), a water spray device, a garbage bin, a liftable belt conveying device (29), a top rack (18) and the like are installed on the vehicle, a set of roller brushes are installed on the top rack, during the sweeping work, the generator is started for providing power supply for all direct current motors configured on the vehicle, a cleaner can control the vehicle to conduct the cleaning at the speed of 0-5 Km/h by selecting either driving on the vehicle or remote control away from the vehicle, and when the garbage bin is filled with garbage, the vehicle is stopped for replacing the garbage bin with a standby garbage bin and placing the standby garbage bin to the right position before starting the vehicle for continuing with the sweeping; as for non-sweeping work, the generator stops working, the accumulator set provides power supply for a rear axle driving motor (25), two manually-operated crank elements (13, 22) are controlled to lift the top rack together with the five roller brushes off the ground, the belt conveying device is lifted so that an approach bridge can get off the ground, and the vehicle is shifted to the high gear through a shift handle (7) and driven to run within the speed range from 0 Km/h to 20 Km/h.
