Fragmented rotary water-stopping trash rack of pump station and construction and use method of trash rack
The invention relates to a fragmented rotary water-stopping trash rack of a pump station. The trash rack comprises an upper beam, a bottom beam and trash rack pieces arranged between the upper beam and the bottom beam, wherein the upper beam and the bottom beam are arranged on pier walls 1 of a pump room. The trash rack pieces are longitudinally arranged between the upper beam and the bottom beam along the trash rack piece axis. The trash rack pieces are connected with a trash rack piece opening and closing mechanism on the pier walls. When the trash rack piece opening and closing mechanism is clockwise rotated, the trash rack pieces are rotated outwards to be opened for water passing, and the trash rack pieces form the trash rack to prevent sundries from passing. When the trash rack piece opening and closing mechanism is anticlockwise rotated, the trash rack pieces are rotated inwards to be closed to form a gate and prevent water flow from passing. By means of the trash rack, land can be saved, engineering cost is reduced, the sundries can be prevented from entering the pump station during water pumping, and the trash rack can serve as the gate to stop water during maintenance.
