The invention discloses a foldable bidirectional water retaining sluice gate. The foldable bidirectional water returning sluice gate is characterized by comprising two bases (1), wherein one base (1) is movably connected to the lower end of an integral water retaining panel (3), and the other base (1) is movably connected with the lower end of a foldable water retaining panel (4); the upper end of the foldable water retaining panel (4) is movably connected with the upper end of the integral water retaining panel (3); the inner side of the foldable water retaining panel (4) is connected with piston push rods (6); each piston push rod (6) is connected with a hydraulic oil cylinder (7); the piston push rods (6) and the hydraulic oil cylinders (7) are arranged between the integral water retaining panel (3) and the foldable water retaining panel (4); the foldable water retaining panel (4) is formed by connecting a lower water retaining panel body (4-1) and an upper water retaining panel body (4-2) through a baffle movable connecting piece (5).
