Technology for recyclable reinforced concrete support
The invention provides a technology for a recyclable reinforced concrete support. According to the basic design principle, the support for a foundation pit support structure is divided to recyclable use sections and a post pouring section. The recyclable use sections are prefabricated in a precast yard on the basis of the general design of the foundation pit support, and the end provides connection conditions for the post pouring section by embedding a steel plate and reserving a rebar connector. The recyclable use sections are hoisted to place as the design required during construction of the support, the post pouring section is reserved between two prefabricated sections, and excavation of a foundation pit is conducted after the post pouring section is poured with concrete and maintained to reach the design intensity. When the support needs to be detached, only the reinforced concrete of the post pouring section is detached, and the prefabricated sections of the support are recycled. The amount for concrete, the number of rebars, energy consumption and pollution to the environment from the support can be effectively reduced. The operation time of a reinforced concrete project is shortened, the labor intensity of the reinforced concrete project is relieved, and working efficiency is improved.
