The invention discloses an expanded-end decompression well comprising a dewatering well and a well pipe disposed in the dewatering well. The diameter of the bottom of the dewatering well is larger than the diameter of the upper part of the dewatering well; the diameter of a filter tube of the well pipe is larger than the diameter of the upper part of the well pipe, so water storage capability and water yield capability of a single well can be increased and dewatering well numbers can be reduced or depth of the dewatering well can be reduced; precipitation cost is reduced. The invention further discloses a construction method for the expanded-end decompression well and also discloses a deep foundation pit structure employing the above expanded-end decompression well. The diameter of the bottom of the dewatering well is larger than the diameter of the upper part of the dewatering well and the diameter of the filter pipe of the well pipe is larger than the diameter of the upper part of the well pipe, so depths of a ground-connected wall of the deep foundation pit and a waterproof curtain can be reduced and construction cost can be greatly reduced.
