The invention discloses a light-weight heat-insulation energy-saving material, which comprises a phenolic heat-insulation layer and a perlite layer, wherein the surface of the perlite layer forms a sealed glass bulb; inside holes are fully filled with inert gas; and sealed microbubbles are formed inside the material.
