The invention discloses a waterproof sound-insulation light partition board which comprises a top layer, a bottom layer and a middle layer clamped between the top layer and the bottom layer. The waterproof sound-insulation light partition board is characterized in that the top layer and the bottom layer are made of quartz powder, organic silicon water-proofing agent, gypsum powder, magnesium oxide and 25-32% magnesium oxide at a weight ratio of 10 to 15 to 70 to 2 to 3; the middle layer is made of polyphenyl particles, flue gas desulfurization gypsum powder or dephosphorization gypsum powder, 10-12% organic silicon waterproofing agent, magnesium oxide and 28-30% magnesium chloride at a weight ratio of 12 to 65 to 7 to 10 to 6. According to the invention, the waterproofing layer of the waterproof sound-insulation light partition board has the advantages of good percentage elongation and breaking strength, good waterproof and sound insulation effects, good acid/alkaline resistance, excellent weather resistance, strong adhesive force, and superior mold prevention property, superior antibacterial activity, and superior durability; when the waterproof sound-insulation light partition board is in use, the construction is rapid, convenient and environmentally friendly, simple production line equipment can be used to perform continuous large-scale production, and the production cost is greatly reduced; the waterproof sound-insulation light partition board can also be used as external wall partition.
