The invention relates to a hollow reinforced concrete girder (board). The section of the hollow reinforced concrete girder (board) is in arbitrarily shape and has holes which are in arbitrarily shapes. According to the invention, the material of the reinforced concrete girder (board) can be reduced, namely, the dead weight of the reinforced concrete girder (board) is reduced so as to be suitable for a soft foundation, reduce the use amounts of concrete (namely save cement, sand, stone and water) and rebar, save labor and energy and save cost; the inertia moment of the section of the hollow reinforced concrete girder (board) is larger than that of a solid reinforced concrete girder (board), and the hollow reinforced concrete girder (board) has the advantage of good stress performance; furthermore, due to reduction of the use amount of the concrete, the pouring time of the concrete is reduced as well, and thus the pouring vibration time of the concrete is lowered, and noise is reduced.
