The defects of a conventional heat insulation and decoration integral plate using a heat insulation plate bonded with a decoration plate are overcome. During the production in a factory, slurry is used for one-step casting forming at the inner side and the outer side of the heat insulation plate; after the slurry is solidified, a bottom layer and a surface layer with various colors and veins can be formed; and before the slurry casting, invisible connecting elements are embedded and are used for connecting various kinds of back bolts during the construction. The cast symmetrical heat insulation and decoration integral plate has the advantages that the structure is simple; the weight is light; deformation cannot occur; and the colors and the veins are rich. A back bolt installing mode is adopted in a matched way, so that the characteristics of clear force transmission path, safety, reliability, high construction speed and low cost are realized; and the cast symmetrical heat insulation and decoration integral plate is suitable for the energy-saving transformation of newly built buildings and existing buildings.
