The invention discloses a house external wall fixing device with safety lock buckle devices. The house external wall fixing device comprises a hook, a connecting element and a screw bolt group, wherein the hook and the connecting element are connected through the screw bolt group; a hook body of the hook is in a C shape or a U shape; and the two ends of the hook body of the hook are fixedly provided with the safety lock buckle devices. When the hook body is connected with a house steel structure, firstly, the safety lock buckle devices are unlocked; and then, the unlocked safety lock buckle devices are tightly locked after the C-shaped or U-shaped hook body hooks the house steel structure, so that the C-shaped or U-shaped hook body can be effectively prevented from sliding down from the house steel structure. Through the simple structure, the safety factor is effectively enhanced, so that the safety of an external wall face plate of a high-rise building is particularly guaranteed.
