The door driving device drives the bolt to move under the power provided by the motor. A hand-operated shaft is fixed on a transmission shaft of the motor. The hand-operated shaft and the transmission shaft are arranged coaxially. The tail end of the hand-operated shaft extends out of the sidewall of the shell. The motor-driven door lock is simple in overall structure and can effectively solve the problem that a door cannot be opened due to a power failure or a motor fault in the use process of a motor-driven door system, and therefore a sterilization cabinet is used very conveniently.
