An electronic door lock convenient to use comprises an electric lock mechanism, an unlocking recognizer and an electricity generating mechanism. The electric lock mechanism comprises a handle mechanism and electric lockset. The handle mechanism is provided with a handle, and the unlocking recognizer is connected with the electric lockset and is used for driving the electric lockset to act. The electricity generating mechanism comprises a transmission, an electric generator and a storage battery, the output end of the electric generator is electrically connected with the storage battery, and the output end of the storage battery is electrically connected to the unlocking recognizer. The electronic door lock convenient to use can transmit torque to the electric generator and drive the electric generator to generate electricity, the obtained electric energy is used for supplying power for the unlocking recognizer and a wireless module, in this way, circuit layout for the intelligent door lock is not needed, the mounting convenience of the intelligent door lock is improved greatly, dependence on external power supplies can be got rid of completely, and even if power failure occurs, normal operation of the electronic door lock can be guaranteed. Electricity can be saved through the arrangement of the electricity generating mechanism, energy can be saved, and environment can be protected.
