A fireproof and waterproof box for notes comprises a box cavity, a box cover and a hinged type pushing-pressing lock catch (1). According to the box cavity, tapping screws horizontally penetrate through the wall of an inner spacing cavity and the wall of an outer spacing cavity in four directions from the outer end of an outer cavity bottom plate and then are sleeved with soft round fireproof sealing gaskets, and a screw cylinder without a heat conductive function is vertically fixed to each tapping screw in a rotating mode to be used as an inner cavity bottom plate supporting cylinder column. The tapping screws do not completely penetrate through the screw cylinders, and the top ends of the tapping screw have spacing to the screw cylinders. The top end planes (3) of the side walls (2 and 2A) of the inner cavity and the outer cavity are connected through a non-heat-conductive fireproof plate to form a spacing cavity closed type cavity layer (4). A soft rectangular fireproof sealing gasket (5) is fixed to the upper sides of the top end planes (3). A closed interlayer cover (6) hinged to the side wall (2A) of the outer cavity through a hinge is arranged on the sealing gasket. The fireproof and waterproof box for the notes has the advantages that the fireproof and waterproof box is easy to manufacture, low in price, convenient to carry, resistant to burning in fires and soaking in floods, capable of effectively storing financial notes and bank deposits for a long time so as to facilitate check for people at any time, and capable of frightening related personnel and financial accountants about corruption desires.
