The invention discloses a shutter blind piece overturning device of a double-layer hollow glass built-in window blind, belonging to the technical field of hollow glass products for sun-shading. The shutter blind piece overturning device comprises a window framework corner connector, a supporting mechanism, a blind piece overturning wheel, a clutch mechanism, a blind piece overturning shaft and a clutch protecting mechanism, wherein the blind piece overturning wheel is fixedly arranged on a blind piece overturning wheel axle; the clutch mechanism is arranged on the supporting mechanism; the blind piece overturning shaft is connected with the right end of a blind piece overturning shaft sleeve; and the clutch protecting mechanism is matched with the supporting mechanism on a position corresponding to the upside of the supporting mechanism. When the clutch mechanism is connected with the right end of the blind piece overturning wheel axle, the blind piece overturning wheel axle can be driven by the blind piece overturning wheel, and furthermore, the blind piece overturning shaft sleeve is driven to rotate together with the blind piece overturning shaft; and when a blind piece of the shutter blind is overturned to be closed, the clutch mechanism is disconnected with the right end of the blind piece overturning wheel axle because of moving towards to the right side, so that the motion resistance of a blind piece overturning dragging rope is reduced, the frictional damage of the blind piece overturning dragging rope can be avoided, and the blind piece overturning wheel can be prevented from being damaged.
