Swing-in type anti-dropping device for ore discharging chamber
The invention relates to a swing-in type anti-dropping device for an ore discharging chamber and belongs to the technical field of mine safety. The ore discharging chamber and a track leading to the ore discharging chamber are arranged in a mine roadway, and the ore discharging chamber is provided with a sliding pithead. The device comprises a safety safeguard system and a power transmission system. The safety safeguard system is arranged on one side of the ore discharging chamber connected with the track. A safety door in the safety safeguard system defines the ore discharging chamber after being in contact with a protective fence. The upper portion of a left door hinge and the upper portion of a right door hinge in the safety door are connected with the front end face of a left door spindle and the front end face of a right door spindle respectively, and a grating is arranged at the top end of the sliding pithead. The left door spindle is connected with a driving rocking arm and a power part. The driving rocking arm, a connecting rod and a driven rocking arm form a contra-parallelogram mechanism, and the driving rocking arm is connected with the top of the right door spindle. According to the device, the grating, a fixed barrier and the movable safety door controlled by the contra-parallelogram mechanism that is formed by the driving rocking arm, the connecting rod and the driven rocking arm are arranged above the sliding pithead, and a protective device for preventing accidents of dropping in a well is formed.
