Two-stage four-barrel internal circulation digester
The invention discloses a two-stage four-barrel internal circulation digester. The two-stage four-barrel internal circulation digester comprises a rack. Four digestion barrels are installed on the rack and are the first barrel, the second barrel, the third barrel and the fourth barrel respectively. A quick lime feed port is formed in one end of the first barrel. A feed pipe is installed on the rack and communicated with the side wall of the first barrel. Materials entering the feed pipe enter the first barrel, the second barrel, the third barrel and the fourth barrel and then enter a discharge port, the discharge port is located in the lower portion of the fourth barrel, access ports are formed in the side walls of the four digestion barrels, and a drive motor is correspondingly installed on the rack. The two-stage four-barrel internal circulation digester is compact in structure, small in occupied area and high in structure modular degree. In the normal working process, heat loss is slow, the reaction temperature and the reaction speed of the quick lime materials are high in a system, the materials with low activity can be fully digested, and the humidity of finished products is low. Different from other digestion devices, the powder and stone separation function is achieved, the powder outflow fineness can be well controlled, and following related devices are reduced.
