The invention discloses a high-intensity fireproof door core which comprises, by weight, 38-42 parts of bittern slices, 3-4.5 parts of sodium chloride, 25-30 parts of magnesium oxide, 14-18 parts of coal ash, 10-13 parts of crushed crude pearlite, 1-2 parts of silane coupling agents DL602, 0.3-0.5 part of stearic acid, 0.3-0.5 part of crylic acid, 1-2 parts of sodium polyacrylate, 1-2 parts of zinc stearate, 2-4 parts of silane coupling agents KH530, 35-40 parts of special glue, 2-4 parts of glass fiber and a proper amount of water. According to the high-intensity fireproof door core, the intensity of the door core is enhanced by adding glass fiber, and meanwhile after flass fiber and the crushed crude pearlite are evenly mixed and the PH is adjusted, surface modification is further conducted, so that a great number of positive ions in the mixture are better replaced by positive ions, compatibility is enhanced, the dispersed state of the positive ions is changed, and dispersing is more even.
