Infrared reflecting heat-preservation carbon felt manufactured through sol-gel method and application thereof
The invention discloses infrared reflecting heat-preservation carbon felt manufactured through sol-gel method and an application thereof. The method for manufacturing the infrared reflecting heat-preservation carbon felt comprises the following steps that 1, a precursor of an infrared reflecting material is hydrolyzed gradually in the acid environment with the pH being smaller than or equal to 3, so that sol is formed; 2, a carbon felt parent to be processed or a carbon-carbon composite material parent to be processed is soaked in the sol formed in the first step, so that a carbon framework is wrapped by sol elements; 3, the solvent wrapping the framework of the carbon felt parent processed in the second step or the carbon-carbon composite material parent processed in the second step is fully solidified to form gel by regulating the temperature and the time; high-temperature calcinations is conducted on the parent processed in the third step, so that the gel in the non-shaped state is converted to be in the nano crystalline state and then forms the nano infrared reflecting material. When the infrared reflecting heat-preservation carbon felt is applied to an industrial furnace, energy can be saved, and consumption can be lowered; the service life of the industrial furnace is prolonged.
