A suspending agent for electric porcelain glaze
The invention discloses a suspending agent specially used in the preparation and use process of electric porcelain surface glaze in the electric porcelain insulator production process. The suspending agent comprises 0.5-1.5wt% of industrial grade polyacrylamide, 1-2wt% of sodium acrylate, 1-3wt% of sodium hexametaphosphate and 93.5-97.5wt% of purified water. A preparation method of the suspending agent mainly comprises the following steps: dispersing and mixing sodium hexametaphosphate, polyacrylamide and purified water in an electrothermal reactor, adding sodium acrylate, continuously mixing, discharging, and packaging. The suspending agent can substantially reduce the layering precipitation speed of a glaze slip, improves the stability of the glaze slip by about 5 times, only accounts for about 1/10 of a present common amount, has protruding performances and substantial benefits, and also has the characteristics of simple synthesis process and convenience in storage and use.
